New Bugs - modification of ECM2

Hi all, and welcome to another edition of 'Darth Windu has created strange new bugs'.

So I've been playing my modified version of ECM2, pretty much no problems. Well okay not quite true. Previously I had an issue where Jem'hadar Attack Fighters wouldn't be targeted by torpedoes, and sometimes caused the game to crash - I fixed that but accidently wiped that version of stbof.res. Now I've re-done my changes, and it's the Cardassian Galor-class that won't be targeted by torpedoes.

Now I've found a new one - I went to start the game twice, and twice it instantly crashed. I opened UE and did an integrity check, and it was telling me how there were problems with the trek.exe (I hadn't changed anything else). I forced UE to update the trek.exe and the game opens, but I'm still getting odd messages in UE. After doing an integrity check, it tells me that:

This is odd, since I literally haven't changed a single thing about the structures - ONLY ships, ship names, and race names.

the word, 'Infomation:' is just that its not an error its just infomation.
Warning: in shiplist.sst: Image i_ctw.tga size is 119x100 pixels should be 120x100 pixels.

these two can be ignored unless your really retentive. Because the dimentions are one pixel smaller you might notice a GUI issue i.e. not perfect picture displayed in a screen but it should be unnoticable.
