Birth of the Federation

Hello everyone!

I am just getting into this excellent game and was wondering if there was a tutorial for adding buildings into the game. I have used UE for some time, but the add button is always greyed out in the building section.

I have many plans for custom tweaks, but I am stumped here.

Also, is there any map editor or way to move stars around in a savegame (with UE or without?)

you can move star systems useing ue you cannot add to the buildings list you can only replace or swap them around
