Cant get the borg to appear in UDM?

So i have played alot of games with the UDM and loving it. I have no problem killing species 8472, one thing though. I have gone into a turn 375-400game, prolly played about 15-20 games going to 300 and i have yet to see the borg? Are they in the dominion mod at all? Also is there an mod or addon that lets me move more than one fleet at a time? Sending 150-200 ships of 9 per fleet, is a pain in the ass. If i could move all the ships at once instead of 9 at a time.

1. borg is turned off by default. you need to open stbof.ini and change Borg=OFF to Borg=ON. This does not work on saved games.

2. currently you are limited to moving 9 at a time
