Basically id like to see Bajor with Deep Space Nine and Maquis Fighter ships for Bajor in the next mod tried to do it myself but had no luck so dont know whats wrong but hope theres another update
When will we have another Enterprise-E?

yes you will be able to give bajor ships but any ships bajor generates will eventually be destroyed by the ds9 "monster" or run away and then scrapped

the more you want to do, the more you will run into limits that can not be currently overcome with current code.
