stbof.res file limit

Hi Everyone,

adding all the extra files for 1024 project and extra models I found out there is a file limit to how many files can be in the stbof.res

at 0x114092  40 1F = 8000 files

this can be edited to allow more files 40 1F -> FF FF (this would allow = 65,535 files)

Tethys your Galaxy mod is at that limit now.

here is crash log you would get with this error
