Picard carved the initials A.F. (an old acquaintance of his, the full name isnt revealed) into Boothbys prized elm tree.

PS: i first was a bit puzzeled as you (olls) didnt ask for the inititials but whom they belong to, as you asked whose and not which initials. So i could have left them out in my answer.
