Re: Star Trek: Renegades (2014)
uh... I liked Section 31 more as this hidden intelligence service no one, or almost no one knows about.
I guess it was too boring to make Tuvok head of Starfleet Intelligence. Too much of a move imo...
I guess those are some fan projects. Or someone just created a page on imdb. I'm not following ST on fb anymore, since it just spams bs most of the time.

Re: Star Trek: Renegades (2014)
interesting, I hope they do better with fan production this time
the previous one all have been too exhausting to watch the full video, although I really love to see some of the original actors back
what I dislike most is that the performance of the actors still is so badly authentic, I can almost feel them read the text
costumes and equipment and effects is ok and even story mostly is acceptable though in times a bit boring and in times a bit over-dramatic running for effects they do not need
an authentic performance and I'd really be happy to watch Star Trek: Renegades
there's a trailer over here: http://startrekrenegades.com

Re: Star Trek: Renegades (2014)
nice trailer. but somehow I see who's a professional actor and who isn't. And mostly on first glance, too.
well, at least old Uhura isn't babbeling for half an hour about something.

Re: Star Trek: Renegades (2014)
I dont care what its really about long as a Star Trek series is on the air.
And whats up with Tuvok? Picard killed a black vulcan in ST:TNG. The same black vulcan served on Voyager. The same black vulcan was on the same ship when Kirk was taken by the cosmic string.
If I didn't know better I would say the Tuvok actor has a permanent contract or is related to Rodenberry somehow. He just wont stay dead.

Re: Star Trek: Renegades (2014)
There were many actors that appear repeatedly in Trek series.
Do you recall Tom Paris? Okay so he was Red Squadron leader when a cadet died and was forced out of the Academy.
How about "Nelix"? He appeared in TNG, Voyager, and Enterprise. Probably DS9 and I just don't recall at the moment.
I can't remember the actor's name (yes I could imdb.com it but don't feel like it right now) but the admiral in Enterprise that was Archer's direct commander was in many Trek series.
Of course Jeffery Combs was all over the place in ST (even dying at times).
Those are far from the only examples. So it happens. Tim Russ wasn't Tuvok when Picard killed him.

I am sure he wasn't a Vulcan when Picard killed him. Also his name makes me laugh. So close to my name Davor. Devor. LOLrobertbc73 wrote:I dont care what its really about long as a Star Trek series is on the air.

Also you forgot he served with Sulu as well but at least he was Tuvok then.
