Cards Eliminated, found a neutral planet of Cards

Raced the Romulans to take the last few Cardassian planets. I don't recall ever noticing Kostolain shaded purple, but I do recall it seemed odd when Romulans held nearby systems and Kostolain stood out as not shaded green.

One of my conquest fleets has moved up to set up Kostolain as a forward operating base against the Romulans (currently in a temp non aggression) and I can't build there because it's full of Cardassians.

They are N/A in my Security screen's Empire Analysis, and I got the morale boost and message when the Empire fell.


I just thought I'd share... it's a weird one that won't last much longer. Cards & Founder's have gotta go, playing Klingons so I could just flatten the home systems and drop one of those Heavy Colony ships. They work better than 5 moral boosts!

Flocke is right the Cards usualy rebel system unless you change there mood to stick with you
