Hello world! Back and need your help. Please...

Well as many of you may remember I've was working on a TOS mod and doing a bit of modding then real life intervened and I stopped playing BoTF although I still have back ups of my New Fontiers Mod and The Original Series Mod...

Long story short:

ALL VERSIONS OF THE GAME SEEM TO CRASH!!!!

even my old mods that I have played nolonger run and it is the same computer and operating system?

Did windows upgrade my system while I wasn't looking and kill of BotF??

Anyone want to explain this to me so I can get back to modding this game would be my bestest of friends.

I have seen a few problems here lately, most took short cut and started using mpr++. but I know this may not help in your case. I suspect new video drivers are missing something BOTF uses, but no idea what yet.

but this sounds similar to problem you had before (video driver update). you might even need to download an older driver you know worked before.

it might help to have some system specs.

if it crashes there must be some info somewhere, check the windows event log if above doesn't help,

I'd forgotten this from two years ago as real life had got involved and I never did get it working.

However I've installed the latest version of 1024_MPR++ demo installer 0.2.6c and vanilla and ECM are working *bliss*

thanks for the help guys. I've got a little more free time so I am resuming work on my mods but I'll have to get back up to speed with the recent developements.

that's good to hear, but that will not help with your mod.
