Chrysler is looking into this, it is a reported issue with his being the first death recorded from the issue.
Their Jeep Cherokee is jumping out of gear after parking. He appears to have made it downhill from the vehicle before it jumped out of park and pinned him against the brick wall.

Yeah I read about this today. As I have driven automatic cars myself I thougt of an issue like this or similar to this. What a shocking accident...almost Final Destination like. His poor family and friends...specially those friends who found his body early in the morning.
