Finding a system

I feel dumb, as I haven't played in quite a while. I'm also sick with the flu and the doctor basically told me to quarantine myself until Monday, so I'm playing some old games. However, I'm not at my best.
I can't remember where a specific system is located, and I can't recall how to get the system coordinates out of any of the lists.
Where do I look if I want to find say Meridian on the map? What key/menu/whatever? I just can't remember. I know I'm going to bang my head on the desk when somebody replies.
