Does anyone have a good link for a copy of Birth of the Federation II? There is a link provided on this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbVyAoJiFUU However, the download link just takes me to LogMeIn's website.

Welcome! That would be my video (thanks fopr checking it out). That's the other BOTF2 project being done by a different team. They have a secure private forum that you have to sign up to to get access to their latest demo.

You're welcome. Interesting video; I'm glad you posted it. However, I can't download a copy of BOTF II from the devs site even after registering because it just takes me to LogMeIn's website. So does anyone know a good alternate link?

I sincerely appreciate the time you took to post this link. I am happy to try out Birth of the Federation II. Is there also a download link for the Star Trek Supremacy Editor? I'd like to edit the ships like I could do with UE for BOTF.

There isn't an editor for Supremacy, unfortunately. Mike had started coding one, but it never got finished.
Anyway, it's rather easy to edit the ships' stats. I recommend using Notepad++.
Edit the following file:
\Resources\Data\TechObjectDatabase.xml
Search for the tag\keyword Ships.
