Just got back into BOTF with my Dad after 10 yrs. We both originally bought the game back in 98/99 and loved it when it first came out. Just got a game going this weekend with him using UM5 and it's been a blast!
I am so happy to see all these great MODs out here that the community has created over the years. Thank you to everyone that contributed their time and effort to make the game even better.
Time and again through the years BOTF is a game that my Dad and I can enjoy playing together and boding over, something this community helped foster. My folks just recently moved out of state, and this game is one of the things that takes me right back to being a kid, playing games with my Dad on our old Win98 machines.
Thank you to all who've helped keep BOTF alive, it really means a lot to at-least two Trek nerds out there.
