Does anyone here play Star Trek Armada 3 for Sins of A Solar Empire? If so, does anyone know how to make a ship buildable i.e. Constituiton Refit?

Not played Star Trek Armada 3 yet. How difficult is it?

I think the latest releases have a cool Trek version of the original games tutorial but I'm not 100% sure about that. Can someone confirm?
