Walter Marvin Koenig turned 84 a couple days ago.
He's one of the few of the original cast alive.
I guess his origins are german, after all, Koenig, or König, his last name means King in german.
IMO his appearance in Babylon 5 has been the best he has ever made, as Alfred Bester, the Psi-cop, something in his expression makes it the most suited for him, although those 60's TOS funny moments were good too.

Well, happy belated birthday ^^
I just checked his imdb because I may seen him here and there in some productions. Just can't get my head around what it was.

Definitely his most noticeable appearance. It's a bit odd with Star Trek actors: very few seem to make it outside of Trek. Nana Visitor was great in Dark Angel. And "Sid" was fun to watch in GoT. I also liked Jery Ryan in Bosch. Well, perhaps they don't have to work anymore and stay afloat with conventions.Axis wrote:his appearance in Babylon 5

Also shocked to see this guy turning up in everything I've been watching lately, from Game of Thrones to the remake series of the Three Musketeers (which included the Captain from the new Picard series as a bonus).

It was nice to see Réné Auberjonois in Boston Legal, though.
