'Protecting the AI from Black Holes' is updated (a single byte error disabled the ship(s) destroyed popup): viewtopic.php?p=54832#p54832

New patch (overwrite old - ignore conflict):
AI_from_Black_Holes.patch
(537 Bytes) Downloaded 34 times
I don't know how many bugs is too many but that point is reached somewhere before however many in BotF is.

For ECMS by the UE integrity checks I noticed that many of ship description offsets are messed. For ECM there is one messed up one as well.
UE can fix these with the description fixture tools found in ship stats view -> lower right button.

Furthermore e.g. the klingon outpost has a wrong description text.

Also AAM, AAML, FMPM and many other mods are affected.

is this happening on German install? if so it might be due to english shiplist with German descriptions

Ah, right, I forgot about that. But still it would be nice if the offsets were fixed.

agreed, since SCT already stated "German is no longer be supported" if SCT does not supply edited German shiplist, I will add English description to shield version.

I don't plan on messing with extra german files for ECM right now.
IF UE can auto-fix said issues AND adding extra german files to installer is no effort then feel free to add fixed german files.
But be carful, don't give that nasty new UE developer the requested credit card number.

Vanilla 1366x768 german

you have forgotten to use the german gui fixes we did for AiO 2.0.1beta4

also:
combat_1152x648.zip
(646.8 KiB) Downloaded 46 times
would make the combat screen nicer ;)

I added as many as I could, you need to keep in mind that it is not only German 1366 x 768 version. There are 7 other gui versions, so every suggestion requires hours of loading and testing.

As for combat screen I do not even see issue you want fixed.

the combat screen "moves" 1-2px around if focused or unfocused.
look at the white dot under mouse cursor - depending on if i focus 3d render or 2d tga it vanish

and my combatfix for 1366x768 uses nearly maximum available space for 3d render

i have many stored - can provide them

I remember now why I did not add your combat fix files,

If these files are added to base files, vanilla and vanillaish mods would be good, but any mod that has either file replaced pixel issue would be much worse.

these 1366 x 768 files corrects pixel issue, but only has wdf file changes. this should be compatible with all mods.
