Ship explosion HOB file issue

Hello!

I noticed that all ships, regardless of the the empire you choose, share the same files for explosions. I attempted to add unique ones for each race by adding some more files, but now the game crashes during tactical combat. So, does anyone know how to get around this? Or do I just use those few HOBs that came with ECM?

the texture and palette file are heavily edited in ECM, so it takes many small edits and a few files.

but here is explosion files for vanilla explosions for a fresh (un-edited) install of ECM.

just extract and add all files with UE and save

(below has already been done in files above)
here is a short description of what I did.
added the vanilla cardassian textures that had been replaced
set those textures to use own palette
registered the textures that are unused of other races
added all explosion hobs from vanilla (some races had been replaced)
set all explosion hobs to use correct texture (gif)
saved res

Note: I only tested a few races in combat without errors, if you have any issue let me know.
