I am getting such warning in log file:
"WARN GameData - Could not locate data file "vfs:///Resources/Data/AssaultScreenSettings.xaml". Using default values instead." and there is a file
"_AssaultScreenSettings.xaml" in that folder.
Is it intentional or should I change the file name?

Yea, I couldn't get the game to read that xaml properly yet, so I renamed it so that instead of an error it produces a warning instead.
I left the file there so that I wouldn't forget about it.
The code had been written for minor races only, erazortt forgot about subjugated colonies of other empires.

Yep, I made it jump to the first subjugated colony of that civ. You'll have to search for the restthe issue is related to a research of conquered systems (Romulans in my case, the war is pending) as there is no clear address where to jump.
The code had been written for minor races only, erazortt forgot about subjugated colonies of other empires.

That Romulan fleet making its last stand at Romulus, I re-enabled the code to make them not retreat when defending their last colony, but something spiked my curiosity. Some of those ships are Legendary. Did they gain Legendary status in combat against you?
I'm asking because they shouldn't have gained it through training their crew, only the Klingons should be able to do that. Just wondering if there's a bug somewhere, or if it was gained legally.

(the ones for the buttons I think are still too loud, I have removed those in 12dec, as they're still incomplete; they won't be in the next release)

How's the research rate, with the modifiers? Do they need to be tweaked?
Fixed an issue with the calculation of combat strength of cloaked ships.
Improved strength assessment when a Threat is issued.
The Borg will not hate anyone anymore, didn't make much sense. They'll just be at war.

I thought that the Romulans ships status followed game parameters as I had chosen AI mode as Impossible.
The combat soundfx are OK for me.
No issues with new images, some ship ones are still missing.
The normal research rate looks slightly faster than previous slow one, but for me it is OK for now.
I saw one Borg Diamond, but still no cubes.

Yea, but there are both Elite and Legendary ships there. I know what it is now, looking at the formula.

I could also use some feedback on the frequency of:
- random events (Plague, Comet Strike, etc)
- colonization events (Echo Papa, Macrovirus, etc) [should they scale with map size?]
- terrorism attacks

I would say that all random events, apart terrorism attacks, are really rare now. The terrorism happens from tiime to time, more regularly.

Cool, let me know how it goes, like how is the Dominion now, and how it can be improved.
The +Regard bonus was probably not that great an idea. ?

Found the reason, I think. It's not a bug, there's probably a limit on how many SitReps can be shown in the Summary screen - it won't show more than 100.

Made a few more improvements related to embargos, including a SitRep and UI stuff.

Lowered the volume on the contact (both minors and empires) soundfx, they're now consistent with the rest of the soundfx - not sure if the Dominion and the Borg soundfx (all) need to be adjusted too. ?
I've noticed that the Romulans' diplo screen music theme is way too loud, it needs to be lowered.

Tweaked some SitReps a bit to try to minimize this issue.Found the reason, I think. It's not a bug, there's probably a limit on how many SitReps can be shown in the Summary screen - it won't show more than 100.
I'll probably release a new patch in a few minutes.
Done. Feedback appreciated. SoundFX, images, etc.
