Fixed.
Also fixed the effect of Raid on Regard, and an exception with OBs when landing troops on a colony.
Working on adding threats to your proposals in the diplo screen, but not working yet.
I will be away for a couple of days again, so I just released another patch.

Threats can be added to a proposal now, but I still need to make the AI weigh them in when making a decision. Will try to add something for a new patch, as I'll be away for 2 weeks starting monday - but I'll try to keep an eye on the forums.
Also fixed a couple issues.

New patch. Some work on diplomacy with the AI mostly.

- tweak/fix for effect of gifts to empires
- AI can now reject demands for credits
- demands now affect relations
- AIMode affects unavailability period
- threats can now be issued, and affect relations (modified by AIMode)
- players' scores affect cease-fire calculations

Some weird stuff can happen, like the AI accepting a proposal (containing a threat or a demand) and DoW'ing in the same turn... All of this will still need a lot of work, but feedback is essential. Some of the formulas and values need tweaking.

Threats now have consequences, so that if a proposal is rejected, WarDecs and embargos are triggered when applicable.

Iceman, are you able to upgrade the link with bit-bucket. I can't seem to access the latest version as it says its unavailable.

"Bitbucket no longer supports Mercurial repositories."

Yeah, I see that as of today, the repo is unavailable due to Mercurial support being discontinued...
We'll have to see how to deal with that.

The Borg AI will now target any stations in range, and be a bit smarter with building constructors.
AI raiding and system assault improved.
The issue with AI WarDecs not showing sometimes should be fixed.

Hey Iceman,

Is there a way you can upload the Latest Release to MEGA or Media-fire with a link? I know it wont be as easy to use whenever you need to re-upload fixes but maybe as temporary measure?

A couple of fixes on pathfinding.
Constructing a station on the border with another civ will affect relations (like colonizing a system does).

Should this (settling a colony or building a station right on the border with another empire) depend on AIMode :?:

If so, should Normal have no modifier at all (only Hard+), or a smaller modifier (which increases with AIMode level) :?:

Fixed a major bug with the Contaminate System order, and a couple small issues.
The Cytherians and the Breen cannot be assimilated and are not affected by bio attacks.
Made some civs have a stronger reaction when being raided.
Made the AI consider any active trade routes with a civ when calculating declarations of war.

On the data side, added a Construction Ship III to all majors, working on tweaking tech pre-reqs for some ships, and a couple of other things. Still need to rework the Dominion Buildings...

Will try to get a patch out some time soon.
