The game's atmosphere overlay should give it the orange hue we are looking for Deneb IV. If not its an easy fix. I tested Deneb IV and Cardassia under the Cardassia's player interface they look nice.

I tried it, but it looked too dark and not really like what you see in Memory Alpha. I used it for Trill, temporarily.
I also used your GG1 for Andor, which is roughly the same hue(s).

That's great. Notice though that those planets that are not homeworlds or are not part of a homesystem of a race represented in the game cannot have a texture allocated to them (like Deneb Kaitos V etc). So I'd suggest tackling homeworlds first.
