How do I load old (SupremacyTest_20090520) saved games?

Hello,

I've been playing the game for quite a while, and had no intel available.

I noticed that there is a new release of the game which I downloaded, but I cannot load my old (SupremacyTest_20090520) saved games. I can't find where the new version saves games.

Any suggestions please?

hey rino, the save games are to be found in your user folder in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Star Trek Supremacy\Saved Games
the AppData folder is a hidden folder

but I'm not sure the old saves work with the newer version

Many many thanks for your answer Flocke. I found the folder, copied the old SAV files but as you suggested, the newer version of the game won't see them at all.

No worries, I just have to play again!!
