Is Supremacy the same as BOTF2?

Or are they separate games/projects?

And if they are not the same, what are the main differences?

Also, which one is the latest version? I've downloaded like three versions so far and I'm not sure which one is the most updated!

It's a fork from the Supremacy project, I'm not sure it can be classified as a different project, but they're separate instances of the same base code.

Honestly, I wouldn't know all the differences, Supremacy has evolved a lot in the past few years.

You can get the latest version of Supremacy from BitBucket, there's no possible confusion for this game - the latest version is the one on top in the Downloads section.
I don't know which other versions you could be refering to.
