Bug Crashes when playing as Federation (Fixed)

I have had multiply crashes all well playing the Federation, Granted I only the Federation and Klingons. Here is my log crash from appears to be a Thread Exception.

Hi stargate421, welcome to the forums!
Thanks for the report. The crash is not specific to the Feds, it's related to random events.
I'll check it tomorrow, :up:
