Re: trek.exe - Application Error
might be a corrupt download
first would be to check md5 value of BOTF_All_in_One_1.0.0.exe
here is how to check file online

Re: trek.exe - Application Error
I'm an idiot and didn't remember the solution. I had this problem before and figured out the solution. I didn't have directx enabled in legacy from the control panel. I had to reinstall Windows recently so I didn't reenable this. Here's the instructions:
figured out the solution. I needed to go into the control panel of Windows. From there I went to "Turn Windows features on or off." Once that loaded I went to "Legacy Components" and enabled "DirectPlay." I hope this helps anyone that is having this error at start up.

I wonder if windows has changed protocols for that dialog box?
Re: (Solved) trek.exe - Application Error
I remember last time I installed it, I had to go and enable that from the control panel. I'm not sure if that's a Windows 10 thing or not.
