How to edit damage control

Hi i wanted to know on ultimate editor how do i edit the damage control team im modified the defence but i need to modify the damage control? Iv tried to look for this on UE But cant find it
When will we have another Enterprise-E?

Correct UE will not edit this value. This can only be edited by hex editing the trek.exe
