Repair Rate
Hello there on ultimate editor is it possible to increase the speed of repair rate of a ship or station?
When will we have another Enterprise-E?

no UE will not edit these values. You would need to hex edit.

NOTE: BotF mistakenly multiplies the current hull points instead of nominal hull! (Star systems are irrelevant here) thus every damage below 20 HPs is for eternity (unmodded).

Thunder can you tell me what software i need to hex edit or can u guide me through iv never hex edited before i now how to do stuff on UE now its just this hex edit do i need a software for hex edit? If not how do i do this hex edit

this hex editor is way too complicated for me i think il stick to UE

you can "fix" that from UE; shilds are not affected by this;
so for Galaxy starship with hull/shields 1000/2072: after upgrade in current version you will have something like 100/1000 hull and 2072/2072 shields
if you edit hull strength to shields in UE and make the Galaxy starship hull/shields like 100/2972 after the upgrade you will have 10/100 hull and 2972/2972 shields (almost full health).
