Two Questions

I am wanting to mod UDML in two different ways.
Firstly I would like to play the game with all major Races starting with one system only like in UDM or Vanilla BOTF not with six starting systems, Can this be done?
Also I would like to slow down the population growth of systems. I realise this will involve reducing the percentage growth of each planet type but cant find the values to alter.
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Goth47,

extract attached folder to UDML folder (to keep separate from other patches)
then use QD's patcher from tool folder to install patches
patches.zip
(1.14 KiB) Downloaded 125 times
"restore vanilla starting systems for UDML" patch will restore to 0, 0, 0, 1, 2 starting systems same as vanilla
"restore vanilla pop rate for UDML" patch will restore growth rate, example fed system sol was 6.5% to 5.3%
