Vulcans rarely show up

Hi,

i modded some buildings into Vulcans - now they only show up in one of 30 games :/

did i do something wrong?

i think i fixed it - i used a backup of stbof.res an now they are back in the game ;)
i dont know if its a building or shipname error

If the game does not crash, then there is nothing wrong, they just appear random, theoretically you can load a hundred times and vulcans don't show up.

You can always increase the number of minor races with UE, that increases the probability of them appearing.
