I hope no longer than 2 weeks for signup.

Ultimate Dominion mod will be played.

normal galaxy size exe
borg and randoms off
rounds 1:
Expanded (tech 7 with 3 extra starting systems) med irregular many minors hard
Semifinals:
Developed (tech 5 with 2 extra starting systems) med irregular some minors hard
Finals:
Developed (tech 5 with 2 extra starting systems) med irregular few minors impossible

Each round should be completed within 1 week.
For extentions they must be requested by both players via PM to me on final day of that round.

I also request before signup that you have already setup and tested to play on warzone. Please no last min "I can't connect"

i am in, should be fun. Previous model for race selections worked well, so i am not sure we need to change it... In vanilla and fluids it would be a disaster (imagine getting ferengi vs kling pick on med! as a random draw), but for other mods (e.g. bop) it is a viable option..

I haven't quite got a hang of this mod - i am not sure of relative strengths of each race in udm, but i suspect they are fairly balanced... I'd go for the good old tried system of selection unless there is universal agreement that there are no NO WIN DESTINDED TO LOSE combos on race selection... unless it is mikcar that is involved. Given enough dilithium, he can chew up pretty much anything..

i so hope he is going to be too BUSY and generally unavailable for this tourney... as well as RSE... or Borg...))

i've been at the bottom of the bracket for a awhile, so i shudder being an underdog.. again...
