MP Fairness Rules

It's been a long time for me and I forgot some things. Apart from the technical stuff in the other thread, there used to be a few practices and rules when we played this stuff on the Zone in the old times. So maybe you can please remind me. What I remember:
- Standard game setting was: T5, many, medium, irregular.
- In 1-on-1 the challenged has first pick of race, the challenger then goes second.
- Otherwise, if Tech is free: challenger chooses Tech settings, challenged then has first pick of race.
- In 2 v 2: cloaked races don't pair.
- Forbidden: the Edo - training
- At startup in T5, when the two additional system's (apart from the home world), maximum population (after terraforming all planets) did not add up to --- (how many?) ... the respective player had the right to ask for a restart of the game.
- For the purpose of a quick restart in this case, there was a key to press, does anyone remember?
- Don't ever use in-game chat during battle round (because game most likely crashes).
Any more? Anything wrong?
