Birth of the Federation

Hi All,

I am looking at getting an online game going later tonight. This will be my first time playing against humans so I'm not sure if anyone even still plays this online anymore or even the best way of getting a game going.
If anyone has any tips in getting started with an online game and setting them up please let me know.

I use GameRanger for multiplayer, which works most of the time. However, the real issue lies in finding people who actaully have time for a full game. I've only finished 1 out of 7 different multiplayer games due to other players simply not having the time (or patience).

Anyway, do you play with mods or are you just looking to play the original? I'm looking for more BOTF players to start a game with.

I'm up for a game. Havent played in ages )

you are aware to play with "modding tweaks" all player must have exact same changes or it will cause issues.

note from your other post, Most players are using Gameranger to play now since warzone has closed.

I will have to check out Gameranger as I'm unfamiliar with it
