Season 2 Tournament Rules and Signup.

Welcome to Season 2,

Signup will end on September 4.
E-mails will be sent out September 5
Match play begins when you recive E-mail.

So here are the rules for Season 2:

1. All games will be 1 on 1.

2. There will be no preset maps, Vanilla game

3. Round 1 Ã¢â‚¬" to semi Finals will be Small, IRREGULAR, FEW MINORS, NORMAL AI, T5, NO RANDOM EVENTS. Restarts are allowed in these rounds but both players must agree. This may be done on turn 1 only.

4. Each round a notice will be sent to all players on Friday, If match has not been completed by following Friday The player who was unavailable or does not respond to PMÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s and e-mails forfeits match.

5. Semi Finals and Final will be MED, IRREGULAR, NO MINORS, IMPOSSIBLE AI, T4, NO RANDOM EVENTS. No restarts, You must play first game that loads.

6. In semi finals and finals any player may request an extension of one week to complete game, But request must be made before end of first week.

7. All Pairings will be random done with tournament program. Top player of bracket match has first choice of race. Note: depending on how many sign up there might be bye weeks.

8. Once paired, you will have one week, (7 days) to complete your game. Once completed, both players must report winner on tournament post.

9. At the beginning of each round, each player will be sent an e-mail to notify you of your opponent. Be sure to update your e-mail address if needed in your AFC site profile. (This will be e-mail address that will be used unless other arrangements are made.)

10. In addition, One of the players must send the last save to location to be announced.

Vanilla is unmodded botf, so there will be no mods.

Hi thunderchero

Hope your picking up entries from here as I tried to register on the link in the newsletter and it came up with error on page and wouldn't let me register

p.s. on subject of newsletter, I went into my personal details and changed to subscribe to newsletter and this still appears as ticked or changed to yes, but elsewhere in my personal details it says I'm not a subscriber

Maybe this has something to do with you only having about 80 subscribers out of 3000+ members?
