Birth of the Federation

I discovered another bug in the UI with the operation of the Tab key in the Main Galactic screen. If the mouse is not hovering over the map, the tab key cycles through the taskforces at the active sector -- Shift/Control and Tab cycles backwards through them. Now if the mouse is over the map, the Tab key will no longer cycle. This would be a nice one to fix, as moving large fleets would be much easier.

Also, when playing multiplayer if you have turned you can still click a sector with your ships in it, and pressing tab will select the first taskforce, which you can then set to move after the fact you hit turn. Ive done it, and it produces a crash every time. It would be useful to have this removed to prevent it from becoming a problem, but still be able to click around the galaxy and whatnot.
