at most places, you will read that only klingons can train crews to legendary. However, having zakdorns as members allow any race to do so

Not true. All races can train to legendary. Depends how many battles you have. Sitting and training is the long way. Make a fleet then battle the ai's fleets.

sorry if i wasnt clear enough. with training i meant training at a militairy academy. you can also fight yourself to that level

also, practical experience hardly classifies as training, maybe training in practicals, which isnt the same as training in militairy tactics, oh well, my previous point still stands

All empires can train their ships to legendary crew experience status using training facilities. It does not matter if they have the Zakdorn as members.

there are two ways to train: battles or college. Training facilities are not available for ferengi, unless they member zakdorn or andorians. best way to train - battles
