I don't think he stated permissions at any time, but as long as credit is given and attempts are made to contact him you should be ok. but as I always say if he does object at some point you should be willing to remove any model that permission is not officially granted for.

I also found this post from him and I hope he is doing well since he has not posted since april

Well the trick is, I am on Kidney Dialysis so I cant work, always sick and what not. So I have all this time to work on these models. I really need to put a little more work into the textures though, I just not an artist and paint is about as complicated as I can do on that front. I cant take credit for the basic textures, I just use what I can find.

In regards to permissions of course I would remove anything at the request of the author. Pity to hear about the dialysis though, fingers crossed he's okay!
