dx chaos and I started our game last night and had our second session tonight,

Chaos had pick of race and went for Roms, I choose Feds,we are about 100 turns into game ,we met at turn 81 but not too much interaction up to now ( ok he killed a couple of my scouts )

cant say anymore at this point or i may give away my master plan

If the down time of warzone continues an extention will be added to first round if needed.

I will need that extention despite any Warzone downtimes Thunder. I am extremely occupied with work and private stuff at least till Monday, and all efforts to at least start the game with Mickar have been futile so far, because of this. But I really want to have that game, so please hand us at least time till Friday next week, if possible. Sorry here to everyone for that delay in advance.

hey guys, how about hamachi? or renaming udm folders to fool the botf lobby?

OK, i've copied files from udm directory, took out botf files from BOTF directory, and pasted them over in Botf... ( i did not overwriter ENGLISH folder)...

then i ran the game in botf lobby, it loads up udm... solution?

Lol, the Other Games lobby is back online. RF we should keep your plan as a backup just in case though. Good thinking too

Well, RF and I just successfully tested his backup plan! We started our tournament game last night, made contact with each other (me = dom, rf = cards) and I had the upper hand at first pumping out HC's.

And then tonight I hesitated to take Cardassia while rf avoided my fleet in order to upgrade his HC's... we finally met and I got my butt handed back to me because he got the upgrade.

On a side note: we agreed to play until one of us was totally destroyed... I did not have enough time to re-build my fleet before he conquered numerous systems. I just wanted to mention that I enjoyed the new Dom "fail" video once all my systems fell to rf.

update on our game with Zerochance

he chose doms, i went cardies. Started on opposite ends of the map. i invested heavily in research and took some minors to bolster it. he went on a building and conquest rampage. by turn 60 he was sitting on my porch with a sizable fleet that would guarantee mutual annialation if i chose to fight or heavy damage to cardassia via bombing... for some reason he decided to wait and that gave me extra time to upgrade. once upgraded, 30 hc3 is a cart blanche for pretty much anything. we had our battle and then i went to take over his world.

he kept me on the run for the first part of the game but research paid off... he did not do any, and that saved me:)

great game... the only mp game i ever played when i went on to finish off the other side - we wanted to hear what the movie was like.. Thunder, who provided the voice talents? awesome

ZC was a total vicious mobster with a great sense of humor - a pleasure to play with...

mickar.. ahem.. gulp... well, may be mentat i next?? would that be t3 game?
