BOTF standard for modders

Is modders still needed for some of the newer mods? I wasn't sure if the new hades patch included it. Thanks

UDMIII, hades, Uncivil wars, all started with standard for modders but most of the file are over writen by new files so if it is added it should be even before jokers 1.0.2 patch

But yes for the most part it is not needed any more.
