Connection Problem with the Game

Hi Guys,

Perhaps one could help me / us here.

I want to play with a Friend. We both use Vanilla 1.02 botf. I played with an other guy - it works. But with my friend it doesnt work.

He has Win 7, i put of his windows firewall... he has no router. He goes to net with an umts stick (its something like mobil phone connection) we both come to the race choose screen. But he cant choose a race. If he clicks on one, nothing happens.

We play over Warzone. Hamachi dont work either. So whats the problem? The wired thing is - one time! it works... but after this (and an disconnection) not...

Any idea how we could solve the problem?

i only knew one guy (Garek) who used to play botf online from his truck via cell phone... i suspect it has to do with the bandwitth or port restriction that cell phone may impose... tried tunggle?
