Slow download speed?

Slow download speed?
Im trying to download birth of the federation ISO and i'm getting 12.5 kb /sec download speed that cuts out after a hour or two. It not a problem my end as other downlaod sites are work perfectly. So is there anything I'm doing wrong on this site? Or is the download speed normal?

must be something on your end. I just started downloading main multi 1.02 and get a whooping 700KB/s. Normally you get ~200/300 KB/s here on AFC.
I suggest using a download-manager. Also it's weekend, means traffic in the internet is on its peaks.
If I were you I'd try using some ping-plotter and find out if I got a packet-loss somewhere.

No, its the internet in general I think. I'm experiencing slowness of every web site. Weird stuff. I could be wrong.

This always happens on weekends Tethys. It's just a way of us IT-guys to say, that you should worship us and that our jobs are needed and important
