As the name of the toppic say, I'd like to create new pictures.
I can't find any solution for this probem:
I use UE for converting the image to 16b TGA-file, but I can't manpulate the size of the picture...
An example: a normal pic, like king_02.tga has even a size of 54kb, but I can'n reach exactly 54kb with my own pics
is there a program that can do this for me, or do I have to gamble (with gimp, photoshop?),until I get the right size ???
Any suggestions are welcome.

to start before converting to 16bit tga your image must be 160 x 170 in pixels. these are small images

Hi Saratoga,
If you are referring to the size of the pic 54 kb is average for that. Now in order to place it in botf you must open UE tools/graphics/convert image to 16 bit tga. Then import the pic into UE and click convert the file should then disappear which means it is converted. Before you import it if you are replacing a current image then it must be renamed to same as file in stbof.res. After that (with stbof.res open) goto edit/other/files and click import. Find your file and then save the res file and your done. Pretty simple only 8000 others if you wanna redo botf completely
