Hello there on UE Is there a way to increase the number of mass replictors on colonised planets so i dont have to keep building them?
When will we have another Enterprise-E?
Re: UE
they become available at higher tech levels; i am not sure when in your mod but for me is around tech level 8-9.
check the ship list.
there is another way to change how many buildings you get when you colonize but it can not be done from UE; here is a link to a post for that: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2686

these are only part of UDMpal28 wrote:how do i get these heavy coloney ships ?
nope, this can only be done by hex editing the trek.exe. This post explains locationspal28 wrote:Hello there on UE Is there a way to increase the number of mass replictors on colonised planets so i dont have to keep building them?

Re: UE
making this change will change base values for every time a colony ship is used to colonize any system by any race.
first lets see if you can find what value is currently used.
The numbers on the left is the locations "00000050" the last "0" represents the first column so if you were wanting "00000054" this would be same line 4th column. The hex editor should have a "go to" function that will take you directly to the hex locations below. also 0x18e2c4 is the same as 0018e2c4 just like 00000050 is the same as 0x50.
tell me the values at these 6 locations
0x18e2c4
0x18e2c8
0x18e2cc
0x18e2dc
0x18e2e0
0x18e2e4
btw these locations are directly what you want to change.

Re: UE
That is what you are supposed to see. Everything is counted in 16's 0-F (00, 01, 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A(10) 0B(11etc) 0C 0D 0E 0F) It gets confusing at first but after a while its easy. Asm is harder.
Re: UE
pal there is absolutely an easy way to do it on UE. I'm paranoid about screwing with stuff on hex editor, I don't even have it installed.
Anyway go into UE, from there edit go to system info choose the system you want go to structure list and then add in as many as you want/need, obviously make sure you've got the pop to support them all. I just wish there was a way UE could put ships into the game without grinding through build ques, if anyone knows please help me haha.
