Major's Minors Not Appearing

I have run across a bug others have seen. When meeting minors from another major power I am not getting them listed as known races. Therefore I don't see them on my relationship or diplomatic screens.

This is a known issue. I was wondering what is the best program to use to edit the alieninfo file to alter this status?

You may need to "graduate" from vanilla.

to edit alieninfo file use any hex editor.

not sure if there is a hex fix for hiding minors.

It is like the game is falling apart as I have a new bug with the Edo God.

I have never seen so many bugs in one game. This campaign has been nothing but buggy! ARGH!

Adi is right time to leave Vanilla! So after I finish this current campaign, if that is even possible, I will say goodbye.
