Only one mod can run a time correct? Is there a best over all mod, in the spirit of Star Trek.

you can have as many as you want installed, but only one can run at a time and they can not be merged.

with dominion; Ultimate mod 5 or Ultimate dominion mod 3
without dominion; vanilla, Error correction mod or balance of power
