Also, Pioneer Universum contains different kind of governments, philosophies, ideologies and economies etc, all different from another for each race/empire.

Alternative is that there are no men at all anywhere.
After all, it's the Estroversum.

Women do tend to look better than men (at least at the handsome/beautiful end).

There's no religion in the sense of worshipping some vague idea of an all-powerful man or the like, but more nazi-like worshipping of things that do exist, the state, the people, the nature and things like that.
There are churchlike buildings (gothic cathedrals can be impressive).

Sexia Erotomania Xenotopia is the sole nation in the whole Estroversum, and has only one language and culture.
If there were more nations, then war and other problems associated with such disorder would exist.
With one language and culture, there are no issues with understanding each other.

There aren't even any weapons in the Estroversum, no armed military, no police or armed forces of any kind.
In a peaceful and crimefree society police would become somewhat like a criminal organization, it's sole purpose to be a threat to the people.
Police use of force, "legal violence" is like insanity, because of the nature of violence, which is always wrong.
Only "violence" there is is chopping of wood with an axe or cutting vegetables with a knife and such.

Symbols are the most visible similarity, but then there's military style leadership and hierarchy, class society, there are slaves, but that's sexual (pleasure slaves).
Symbols do not contain for example deathshead or SA symbols, they're not esthetically clean.
Though there is a person called Death, in a form like Nyxis Deathus.
Deathshead symbol might be in a shooter game like Wolfenstein or something.

(National) socialism in economics, all corporations are owned by the Imperial Federation, but there's private properties and farms and such.
Leaders own the biggest properties, ranches, manors, castles and such, with servants from lower classes.
Slaves live in barracks-like buildings, fancy ones though, with columns and such.
All corporations are state-owned monopolies.
And, as in Star Trek UFP, profit is not a goal in economy, just the upkeep and some money saved for travelling for example.

Departments are also services and formed like the army, so, recycling department takes care of recycling with everything in it and energy department takes care of power plants and energy distribution, starfleet of space travel etc, there are no unnecessary companies in between.

Power plants most likely use fusion reactors, starships possibly too, water as fuel.

Just as people of S.E.X. are different than humans, so are animals, like 6-legged cows.

Computer interfaces similar to BotF, with LCARS-style design and pop-up menu that can appear anywhere on screen, universal, everywhere from home computers to starships with different colors based on person's liking or department, company or state.

Uniforms that are quite similar to each other for every state, department and company, in all colors, black for the imperial federation and it's substates, green for recycling department, red for energy and so on. Insignia in black or white depending on the type of the uniform. Same colors as in their flags.
All wear latexlike clothing (Demons don't sweat).
Actually, the three bottom classes' (the slave classes') demons have a latex second skin, a permanent and total rubber cover, possibly black for all.

Practicality and clean lines in uniforms and other clothing and also in everything else, there's no unnecessary extra ropes or twists or such hanging around.

But, with the idea of a political party, I don't know if there is one, it might be unnecessary.

Because the world is a hologram, you can be anyone in the Estroversum, be last slave for a thousand years and a Dominatrix for a thousand years, etc.

Sports is not a hobby, work or entertainment in Sexia Erotomania Xenotopia (S.E.X.), The Imperatrix would always win every competition and demons don't age, so there's really no need for excercise.
Sports might be found in humor.

S.E.X. demons are all in height order, the Imperatrix being the tallest (at one time I thought she would be 3 meters (~10 feet) tall), while the last of the lowest class is the shortest (around at least 175 centimeters tall or 2 meters).

They are mixed-eaters, both meat and fruits'n'veggies go, slaves have a more exotic diet, slaves have more exotic kind of diet, demons smoke tobacco, alcohol use maybe wine, ciders, champagne, long drinks and such, possibly something like synthehol of Star Trek, with no negative side effects.

They have a pleasure symbiont, an eel-like creature in the dreamworld.

There are no children.

Animals are not butchered, they grow their meat, which then falls off, when right size, that is then gathered and processed.

There's no mining of minerals or drilling of oil or gas of any kind, everything is renewable, biodiesel and biopetrol (biogasoline) for combustion engines and manure as fertilizer for the fields, ash for forest farms etc.
Buildings are built to last (stone buildings), there's no need for maintenance.
There are no electric cars.

There's no developing of new technologies, everything possible and necessary has been invented and is in use.

There's no barbers as hair stay the same length always, same with nails, there's no hair dyeing etc, there's no vain services or products at all.

There's no fire department, no hospitals or insurance companies and related.

There's no christmas, the celebration of garbage and excuse for to someone to have a crisis.

There's no winter or arctic planets whatsoever, when the planetery axis' are in upright orientation, there are no seasons, just one big everlasting summer all over.
Also, there's no storms or thunder whatsoever because of the same axis orientation reason, just temperate and calm weathers only.

Money's value is constant, the economy does not grow or shrink in any way.
There are no taxes, salaries are paid from products' and services' value (so there is a "tax" in their prize, so called expense tax, but otherwise no taxes.
Slaves may have universal basic income and slaves' services are not paid for.
Products' and services' value also constant.

Cities built in circular forms.

All Estroversum's planets have teal sky.
In Pioneer Universum, "terran", a blue sky planet is considered to be less hospitable than "gaia", a teal sky planet. "Gaia" is in Pioneer Universum classified as X, as X is in the first of middle of SEX alphabet, taking the place of earth M-class. M-class planets can be transformed to gaia in MOO2 style in Pioneer Universum games.
Actually, Terra, the homeworld of Terran Federation is not Gaia-class in the beginning of Pioneer Universum, but after gaian worlds are discovered, a science is then discovered how to transform M-class into them.
A blue sky planet is livable but less stable world in terms of weather and other stuff found on earth; tornados, drought, tectonic instability etc.
X-class is possibly named Xena and M possibly Minshara as in ENT.

As all movies and series are computer-generated, there's no actors or actresses, also it would not be practical for someone to play a cardassian for example, because they would look clumsy, a demon having 6 fingers and a cardassian 7, or with the foreheads.
There's no live theatre either, possibly bands would play live music, but that's a maybe.

Leaders titles are connected to the state, company or department, so, Imperion supreme leader is obviously Imperatrix, Dominion supreme leader Dominatrix, Federation Federatrix and so on.

There's no pain games in sex or otherwise, no whipping, spanking and the like.

There are no dogs nor any doglike creatures, bears, monkeys, wasps or other ugly, dangerous, threatening, disturbing or harmful creatures, cats are main pets, maybe squirrels too and they are all tame/domestic, good natured and they make nice sounds, even eagles or other birds.

I recently started playing a bit after having it in my backlog for quite some time now. The standard options to create flags and races might be a bit too limited for you, though. But from what I know there's quite an active modding scene and even some Star Trek mods for it. Though, I still limit myself to play Vanilla. At least in my first games.

I should've played it earlier. It's quite an addictive game.

The Pioneer Universum, or maybe Pioneer Multiversum would not be as an idea as Star Trek, something to struggle for, or what is yet to come, but what else there might be instead.
Transporters and stargates, androids and cyborgs, vulcans and klingons etc.

Besides Pioneer Universum, there's may be a fantasy magazine of sorts with pictures, Lilith Reich, one can read those fantasies from it and they'll happen at some point.
And/or they happen in dreams during sleep, an empire where every impractical fantasy can happen, impractical for the waking world.

Also, a facebook-like social media with all the necessary features.
This would also be the sole social media service, where everyone in the Imperial Federation can be found.

Got some clarity to previous post, it's actually a dream universe nation called Axia Sexia Satania (A.S.S.), which happens in H.R.Giger's art-like landscapes, or that new game, Scorn like surroundings.

The Pioneer Universum of S.E.X. should have more sexual-themed episodes than average Star Trek, like more of that Orion slavegirl-stuff (of ENT for example), and not at all violence-based stuff, so that sex is the carrying force rather than violence.
And also diplomatical and science-episodes too.

Then the previously mentioned idea of only females in Pioneer Universum would be right.

And the Stargate-like series would have that circular kind of stargate, just like in stargate.

But, basically S.E.X. is the all-female waking world empire, A.S.S. is the dreamworld empire, an all-female dream universe, and Pioneer Universum is a science fiction thingy.

Colors of the eyes of demons are the same as in the flags and uniforms of the different sections of S.E.X., so you can roughly determine their occupation from eyes even when they are in civilian clothing, black for state for example, black with lighter details around the middle blacks to make them discernible.

The Supreme Leader of the Imperion is also "fully" black, with black hair, skin and eyes.
