EDIT: Not only the certificate is expired also the latest posts on the main page are not updated.
I read cleverwise is short on time, but perhaps we can manage some workaround to feature Supremacy more prominent (it deserves it).
Add a Supremacy picture & link on the main page:
Re-merge BotF archives with their source folders (pointless separation?) and define them as Supremacy sub folders (naming is up to Supremacy admins):

I don't know how many bugs is too many but that point is reached somewhere before however many in BotF is.

I have contacted cleverwise he is very busy and said he will fix certificate script (not renewing)Spocks-cuddly-tribble wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 1:01 pm EDIT: Not only the certificate is expired also the latest posts on the main page are not updated.
I expect latest posts will return to normal when certificate is fixed.

Re: highlighting Supremacy section & certificate expired
The main site right now is rather a site index and an entrance for both Armada and BotF related content. It matches top menu with download sections and articles. Given there are no files hosted nor any articles written yet, a new main group would be pretty empty (and no idea how complex to add).Spocks-cuddly-tribble wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 1:01 pm I read cleverwise is short on time, but perhaps we can manage some workaround to feature Supremacy more prominent (it deserves it).
Even the forum link must be same given the general chat and other forums are shared.
Before adding a full new group, we'd therefore need content. For the start maybe another BotF menu entry could be added. We however should not forget on other projects, since AFC always has been a home for any BotF related content.
With recent activity btw I feel like there were more Supremacy posts here than BotF ones. With further increase one might also think about splitting up the forums. Some days I already feel flooded with new Supremacy posts.
Agreed. The archives I however always felt like they were an unfinished todo list of the forum cleanup. If possible I'd rather merge those with according new forum entries. If it's not always a match I don't think that would be a hurt either.Spocks-cuddly-tribble wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 1:01 pm Re-merge BotF archives with their source folders (pointless separation?) and define them as Supremacy sub folders (naming is up to Supremacy admins):

That's what matters. We are grateful for his support.thunderchero wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 6:35 pmI have contacted cleverwise he is very busy and said he will fix certificate script (not renewing)

It's just about a bit extra promotion info for AFC noobs.Flocke wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 10:03 pma new main group would be pretty empty (and no idea how complex to add).

Short notice/info about Supremacy as spiritual successor of BotF and replace right 'computer gaming' pic with Supremacy promo cover. Done!
You don't need a full new group, just a better first look at Supremacy content from the forum page.
I think it's great to have both projects/resources for reciprocal inspiration. If I have no time I just skip posts from certain topics.

BTW, akido is working on getting Supremacy to support BotF-like gameplay (through modding).

Don't teach the supremacy AI to act like BotF, not even for a mod, there might be no coming back from that.

Oh, I don't think anyone intends to emulate that
