POLL: TECH LEVEL STARTS

For SINGLE PLAYER games how do you like to set other empires ?

Do you set yourself on TEch 1 and all other empires on Tech 5 for a greater challenge ?

I've never given others higher tech level than myself and I've once played a game on hardest difficulty as federation with everyone on tech 1.

I just don't like games that are too hard to play.

I "choose to live", and that's "absolute candor" so to speak .

All start at Tech level 1.

I always start myself at Tech level 1, with the other empires at least Tech level 2.

If I'm playing as the Federation or Ferengi, however, then I put the other empires at tech level 3. (Except the Ferengi; I put them at no higher than Tech level 2, due to how well they usually do.)
