New 12 fnt files and expanded 9 fnt

all race fnt has correct colors

These files will also be used in the installer,

the Expanded 9 fnt will be part of the base files, to fix missing German letter.

the 12 fnt will be added to the 1920 x 1080 versions as *9.fnt to improve visibility of system names on main map

Benman2785 may also offer separate files so 12 fnt can be used in ship list to allow full names
