New 12 fnt files and expanded 9 fnt

with the help of Thunderchero we got 12px and 9x ready ;)
BotF_fonts_9px_12px.zip

9 after expanded symbol coverage (400% zoom)
9_after.jpg
all race fnt has correct colors :wink:

These files will also be used in the installer,

the Expanded 9 fnt will be part of the base files, to fix missing German letter.

the 12 fnt will be added to the 1920 x 1080 versions as *9.fnt to improve visibility of system names on main map

Benman2785 may also offer separate files so 12 fnt can be used in ship list to allow full names
