Question: Minor race tech

I assume it would be possible, albeit probably not easily, to include some check for minor race membership for their tech to display in the players tech screen? Its a shame that all the nice descriptions for the minor races structures never get displayed.

I did it this way, so you could see structures before membership

I like that, but its not descriptive enough. For example, Risan Resort: "Rising over the exotic lagoons of Suraya Bay is a resort studded with luxury apartments and villas. It is a more sedate alternative to the Pleasure Dome, where holiday-makers and shore leave personnel can bask in the sunshine and sample the local cuisine in pleasant and peaceful surroundings." (even though I just liberated Risa from the oppressive Romulans, "peaceful" doesnt exactly describe the current state of affairs lol)

That's a lot to try to fit into there and most races have multiple structures now
