they are named slot32-slot47 16 max (I used 8 slot32-slot39)

these are very hard to find even in creator, since they have to be in proper bsp plane to display correctly.

so if you are trying to edit a hob file this might be impossible since we have no idea how code identifies damage slots (vertex is not labeled in hob file)
